Delivery information
- Post (4-6 working days)
- DPD Courier (3-4 business days).
- Additional information: The company is not responsible for delays in shipments due to customs delays, the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, or if the shipment has been returned due to the laws of the country. Regarding the legality of industrial hemp in your country, please find out with the country’s internal procedures.
Return policy
- When products are received, please check whether the shipment was not damaged during transportation, if this happened, contact us by e-mail, in which case we will send you a special form which you will need to fill out and send back to us.
- If you wish to return an item for your own personal reasons, you must contact us by email within 14 days of the unopened and unused product. In this case, the cost of returning the item is paid by the buyer.
Refunds and exchanges
- Payment. If you received a product other than the one you ordered, then the return will not cost anything.
- Refunds can take up to 10 business days.
